@natty @LunaFoxgirlVT i've downplayed my successes for long enough to make myself believe that i can't do anything and i've made plenty of people feel terrible in the process, i would rather not fall into that hole again

I am terribly inefficient at anything I do
And I am also really terrible at wrapping things up and very often quit midway

I believe these two things are the reason why I haven't been able to fix my mental health either tbh

I never succeed at anything, I always fall behind people who actually commit themselves to things

So it stands to reason that even though I do the right things in terms of mental health I ultimately fail due to lack of commitment just as I do with everything else
