    @wildgoose @kf01 @grips @hidden Worst part is that Nintendo generally did very solid controllers before this, up to and including the Virtual Boy. At least they made up for it with the GameCube controller, lessons learned and all that.

    @kf01 @grips @hidden Yeah I figured it was something like that, it's still odd to me because I never had any consoles growing up and by the time I was actively wanting one (the Dreamcast, incidentally), all retro stuff was gone from the picture and I had to settle with a GameCube as my first.
