Dude, i grew up in a family that big, with more than 20 cousins, and now with several nephews and nieces, in a 3rd world shithole, in the equivalent of the projects. NONE of us were hungry or had dirty clothes (at most were old pass on clothes).
Was there any kids at school who would fit the document's description? The crackhouse kids.

@Leaflord @Zerglingman @Xenophon @DireGoy You don't need a lot of concrete, just pour some cement in the sinks, leave the tap running until it goes through, close the tap, few hours later you have damaged the pipes beyond repair, they might work partially, but to fix you have to redo from sink to septic tank. If the house is cheap and old like the story implies then it's easier to build a new one.
