   @groundbeefhunter Growing up we didn't have much money, but my parents somehow made sure we were all not just fed, but full. They would absolutely move mountains and do whatever it took to be sure. If we wanted just one more bite, they'd find a way to make it happen

     @Wormwood Some people trying to justify this by "it's 5 kids, tell me a family this big that doesn't have some laundry hiccups, and the kids were not starving, thy just probably skipped breakfast that morning".
     
     Dude, i grew up in a family that big, with more than 20 cousins, and now with several nephews and nieces, in a 3rd world shithole, in the equivalent of the projects. NONE of us were hungry or had dirty clothes (at most were old pass on clothes).
     
     Was there any kids at school who would fit the document's description? The crackhouse kids.
