There's a solid cultural opportunity for 'Our side' with that Wednesday Addams trend, I think. A) "I put my hands on the air, like Jesus said" is in the lyrics to that song. Ask your kid or their friends "What does that mean? When did Jesus talk about hands or the air?" Be clever and try to get them to look up quotes from Jesus. There's an easy win to get non believing youth to start poking around the bible.
B) Encourage some of her fashion. It's modest and not even that goth compared to 90s 2000s goth scene. Also, the goth girl to trad wife pipeline is an easier path than the high school fashion tart.
C) Wednesday is an outsider, help your kids make notice of what is ACTUALLY outsider behavior these days. Would Wednesday bake religious cakes for fags or would she unemotionally explain why that doesn't make sense for them to buy from a Christian baker?
I see tons of potential and it's a potential for solid cultural footing for a counter from our side.
"I simply won't have it." You might though. You might get lucky that opportunity crosses while you're working hard when no one seems to be looking like Dadboi did (credit due, even if I disagree with his approach here).
I work for my family of course, but you need several different reasons, and they all can't be obligation. I work for obligation for the people at my job that suck. I work for gratification of being of service when I go above and beyond my job for people at my job who I like.
Dickheads get my obligation work, kind people get my "I really want to be good at this job" work. Dickheads weren't going to tell your boss you deserve a promotion. Kind people will. Work for them and maybe it'll pay back. At the very least, it'll make your work day better because you've got a calling now that's more than simple duty and obligation.
Modest core exercises can help preserve your back. It took me years of stubbornness to do more core exercises.
I like the standing variety of ab workouts because you don't have to break out a mat or get sleepy lying down between sets. I do them sometimes while waiting for the kids to get ready for bed or while coffee is brewing. https://www.wellandgood.com/standing-ab-exercises/
Anyone transition from exclusively egg hens to adding a rooster into the mix for meat harvesting as well?
I assume I'll need a second roost for breeding? Can I reintroduce that hen in gen pop with her chicks without them getting hen pecked to death? I'm going to start researching, but figured y'all will have the best practical advice.
