Shutting down most Node.js services because of vulnerable npm dependencies, unfixable with `npm audit fix --force`. This includes Beatbump, BiblioReads, hckrnws, libremdb and quetre.

- It's throttled because YouTube tried to throttle video downloaders a while back
- It doesn't work with music
- Dead project
