but it's less so to sympathize, moreso to help analyze, and explore the minds of those characters, their internal logic and reasoning.


no person ever thinks what they think is truly evil, some mediums do it better, to have the media star a main character that is absolutely despicable from the main characters.

the best stories can make you totally in-tune with the main character while reading, but later in retrospect make you consider the fucked up thing they have just done.
