I once thought of doing streaming using OwnCast (kind of like Twitch, but self hosted and federated), but I absolutely suck at spoken English, and even more so at talking into a microphone.
And text to speech requires me to type while playing at the same time, so that too is not an option.
Then we go to speech to text to speech, but that's like using a microphone to avoid using a microphone.
