absolutely. it would also have them starting at the bottom to learn how things work while still contributing instead of spinning their wheels. it's pretty obvious by about 14 years old who would be suited for this kind of path and honestly for the rest of the kids their subsidized education should pretty much stop there. this stupid shit where you need to finance a 4 year degree to step into a management position without ever having managed or been managed in a workplace is toxic upside-down shit.
