@WashedOutGundamPilot @DEERBLOOD @Xeraser i make a living going to random docs and i've seen most areas of the usa in this fashion. not the care nows but some of my larger corpo clients run similar specialist outfits, little leased square footages in strip malls on the periphery where they hid a doc, 3 techs and some machines to catch referrals through medicare or government subsidies. while rural areas are better than cities the places that are rural, white, but still prosperous enough that even the less outfitted urgent care joints are decent are getting real rare. the dollar tree-ification of america is getting real advanced and it's not limited to selling chinese plastic and dubious beef jerky
