Another tiny thing (which is gone now lol) was bothering me the entire workout so I got through my entire Legs and Arms workout without even thinking of the Quad pain from yesterday once till now so it's probably a nothingburger. Nothing ever happens gang, we can't stop winning.
@GoodBoyUV One of the things nobody talks about when you get strong & muscly is that if you don't uniformly strengthen everything then you end up with embarrassing injuries where you stretch something and hurt yourself

@WashedOutGundamPilot@GoodBoyUV What do you mean no-one talks about it? My brother in Christ loads of people talk about imbalances and having to put extra work into specific muscles to keep things balanced.
It is something that naturally happens as we tend to favour one side over the other and if left un-checked that can lead to issues. But what I've seen, in my personal lifting life, is that laziness leading to not stretching and sitting down for hours a day is worse.

I've never heard anyone else say "fuckin a I just stretched and flexed so hard I'm limping how" though
@GoodBoyUV I looked this girl up and was somewhat content to find she is just as pretty in all her other stuff and she still hasn't done nudes. Lots of cheescake stuff, but it's a data point in that thing that girls say when they pretend "there's LOTS of girls who do non-nude modeling on onlyfans! Just because she's got an OF you wouldn't marry her?!?!?!"
Pretty much the only one that comes to mind out of all of them, but still.
@WashedOutGundamPilot Definitely happens but mine was just my ankle being locked up and not fully extending until I finally loosened it up like an hour into my workout lol
@GoodBoyUV I like stretching to stop pain, something about throwing a tantrum to a whining muscle when you bring it to 135º for the first time in a year
@WashedOutGundamPilot Also a tangent but stretching is a total meme so the best warmup is just to actually do your workout but with lighter resistance as your warmup to minimize risk of injury
