     @brimshae @YeetLibs Not like they’re any better in the workplace. We were just talking about helping out some “women in the workplace” shit where they’d send us girls to intern and mentor because “there’s such an imbalance in the industry, we’re missing out on so much TALENT” by not cramming 70% of our slots with girls

     I told him I’m not touching that shit without pay. It’s just ANOTHER woman who can’t pull her wait, looking to me hoping I’ll cover her shit. The last new-hire we got straight up ghosted us anyways. But the boss’s trophy will keep hiring them until one ends up marginally useful, I’m sure.
