   In college they always told 1 or 2 stories to 'prove' how invaluable diversity is:

   "When ford FINALLY hired women in its design studio, they learned that women REALLY care about where to put their purses, and male-dominated studios had never given any attention to that! Ford ended up debuting purse hooks to give ladies somewhere to put their bags, and the company was more successful than ever!"

   I can't remember the second very well, something about how they hired hijabis and learned the secret untapped potential of muslim markets

     @WashedOutGundamPilot @caekislove The one I always heard was that seatbelts were around for a decade before someone put a woman on the car design team. The woman pointed out cross-chest seat belts were sized for men, not shorter women or children who would slip out underneath; so they changed the design and saved more lives. Problem is, I can't find confirmation of that story anywhere. And it turns out seatbelts were invented and used in multiple places simultaneously, so it might just be apocryphal and only happened at 1 company.

     @PunishedD @caekislove I think I heard that one too. From what I recall it's largely a media thing concocted around the NHTSA's use of a standard ~5'9" dummy.

     It's kind of true in the sense that the dummy was a representative average of americans back in the day, but the addition of a few billion brown squatlings and malnourished zog slaves brought the average height of an "american" down to 5'2 .

     Similar complaints from the libshit media complex surrounded the whole thing for medications, they actually acted like people were dosing everyone off a giant male patient instead of by bodyweight

     @WashedOutGundamPilot All I ever heard was how Google once had a badass glass staircase in their HQ and shortly after they hired bitches they had to tear it down because said bitches refused to wear pants to work.
