     @eee @deprecated_ii SAO cut out the exact parts I'd wanna see, they sprinted right through the struggles & growth, it was like they skipped right into season 2 when they go out and hang.

     I still like the series, reminds me of being a dumb teenager and playing house with a gf you want to pretend is your wife

     their story is over, they survived and found each other. that's all the story needed to be.
     that's also why i like GGO so much, it's a short story that stands on its own

     @WashedOutGundamPilot @eee I don't know what the source material was like so IDK if the show was just trying to cram a ton of shit in, or if the writer originally kept getting bored and changing tack to do something else instead of committing to the story they were in. could be either one
