   Did that dance some years ago and ended up having to buy in cash.

     @Myshkin @Grandtheftautism @Zerglingman @The_Almighty_Kek @Hoss The bank looks at your Schedule C and says, "Oh hell no. We know this might be as fake and gay as our entire operation!"

     You can have perfect credit for 20 years and $150,000 for a down payment and will be turned down.

     It's not like when you apply for government benefits or something where they take the Schedule C as Gospel even though everyone knows any mildly competent CPA can make it look like whatever they want.
