@Jonny @Mummabear @Zennblack @creamqueen @meso @raintrees I did forget about that!!! My wife did that, and the turmeric, but I had to abstain, because I get heartburn and acid reflux really easy. She swears by the turmeric for her bad knees though. Also magnesium. So if you don't have any digestive problems, go for the garlic.
