I don't know who ultimately initiated his departure, but I think he was burned out on creating content and his solo shows in the end had characters that weren't wholly approved by others (GDL etc). He later took all of his shows down without warning. He was consistently boosting the NJP though so it wasn't that

  Jazzhands had a chip on his shoulder about how popular FTN had been in the past and would mention how they'd be one of the number one podcasts out there were it not for censorship. In the Rush Limbaugh episode, he expressed his desire to be like Rush, and that he'd leap at the opportunity to take his place were it offered to him.
  
  Like Sven, he became bitter as the regime pushed him away into irrelevance and other personalities, such as Fuentes and Devon Stack, blew past him and took his place as top dissident content producer.
  
  One of my pool party members complained about Jazzhands. My compatriot explained how there was a misunderstanding about another pro-White group (maybe the NSC-17 or whatever it was called) and he attempted to reconcile them but Jazzhands immediately blocked my friend.
  
  All of the guys at TRS have a paper-thin ego and seethe at anyone else doing better than them. Sven and Jazzhands are alike in that they were excellent in their heyday, but they were unable to maintain their quality and adapt to the reality that ZOG will never allow you to be successful if you are pro-White.
  
  These guys aren't true revolutionaries. Like Richard Spencer they lust for status and adoration. When their brief time in the sun fades, they explode in temper tantrums.

  @Terry @DEERBLOOD @theTDC The jazzhands thing is just speculation on "his Portuguese source" that was sending him prep. On Mike he basically said he got spread too thin trying to be the head of two orgs at the same time while one has a guy that is sabotaging the membership of the other (Tony).

They should have had a way to have competence rise to the level of its capability, promoting guys who handle small units to oversee big ones and eventually take the leadership burden off their shoulders to allow them to go back to the media side.
  But it's real hard to trust anyone, particularly in their position. Add in the fact that competence was chased away at every turn and you get what happened: Nobody to promote to take the load off their shoulders.

When you are not paid, you don't really feel like people aren't counting on you, or that you can't get fired. When they all think they're the "next Hitler", being at the bottom and having to follow orders from some other guy causes people to but heads.

  @Elliptica @DEERBLOOD @Terry @theTDC Why would you want to count on people who don't care about your mission? They would be trivially easy for opponents to poach or possibly even bribe and they would likely be major security problems.
  
  You can have skin in the game without having a huge ego. Normal people do it all the time. What you need is people who believe in the mission, but don't want or need other people to know who they are. The guy who just wants the server to stay running, not to make it in front of a camera. And then it's just basic "good management" stuff to keep them happy and productive. Basic leadership and management skills are *extremely* lacking in dissident circles, incidentally.
  
  I see very little to learn from this whole debacle other than example #1381 of "e-celeb clique is dysfunctional and shouldn't be taken seriously".

  No one in the committee was putting in the hours to organize anything properly or put the pool party volunteers to work. They did the bare minimum, they were just there to take a check.
  
  I know because I was a volunteer, and they didn't do shit to approve or arrange anything. Hours of work, completely wasted do to grifters.
  
  What you need are serious, invested guys. The type like Japanese or German soldiers who would commit suicide rather than give up, not someone like Mike who complains that he just wants to go back to grilling.
  
  Until we get those kinds of leaders, no one is going to be able to organize a damn thing.

He says TRS and NJP were always meant to be seperate, then why did my pool party become a supporter group and demand I pay $30 a month to NJP? He's still lying about Maggie from AH. He covered for Vasili so he could use that info when he needed it. Sven is a rat and I'd never trust a word out of his mouth.

  I doubt it, he thought it would lead to more success and that's why he okayed it. If he was truly so dead-set against intertwining their corporate DNA then he could have done much, MUCH more to keep them separated.
  But he didn't, because it probably sounded like a good, successful idea back then. If they had 1.2 mil rolling in every month you wouldn't hear any of this regret, it's only because every misstep is laid bare before the world that he can do this "nu-uh I told 'em all, guys I knew it was a bad idea but they didn't listen!"

  @DEERBLOOD @Eternal_Iratus @Elliptica @Terry @theTDC I'd settle for us just being able to talk about it. When an IRL guy listened to them at work a while back I said they were too "lowclass" for me and he balked as if that was crazy to say since "they make WAY more than we do!!!"
  At work, we sometimes have to take someone aside and tell them "hey that's unprofessional, when you act like that it hurts the brand". Sometimes it's them drinking w/ customers and getting loose-lipped about the company, some candid honesty that subverts passenger confidence, or straight admitting the hard BTS numbers.
  We could use a hint of that sometimes in the movement. When you have guys supposedly speaking for all jew-aware whites going out and getting hobo-level drunk, flying off the handle at every little anonymous slight, and making absolute fools out of themselves it makes it VERY hard to bring newcomers on board.
  ....come to think of it I JUST had someone making fun of me for being a "nazi", and it really sounded like he was dialed into the NJP from the jokes he was cracking.

  Wasn't that what they were doing to an extent with their various different regional networks though? I think the issue might've been that they were handling it improperly along what you said in relation to the trust and miscommunication issues, which they're currently showing now more than ever.

  @Eternal_Iratus @DEERBLOOD @Elliptica @Terry @theTDC I can only speak to the bits of info I've gleaned, so I may be off the mark, but if they DID have a pathway to get new blood they never really used it. They complain about not having time for anything but they never brought in someone to alleviate the 'workload', despite having people who could have been tapped to do so.
  If they did have promotions going on behind the scenes they would have been mentioned once in a while, like "oh yeah we brought on a new head of recruitment last month and the guy's a real firecracker, he's killing it, if you want to help te cause, we pull from local chapters...."
