@Hyperhidrosis @Economic_Hitman @coolboymew find a sport you like. I like doing martial arts stuff like that will really help. And get a pupperoni i play and run around with mine every night
-
Two to three days on, full body and cardio, 4 to 5 hours a day, two days off.
-
@Humpleupagus @Soy_Magnus @Economic_Hitman @Hyperhidrosis 4-5 hours a day? You going full Arnold?
-
@Humpleupagus @Economic_Hitman @Hyperhidrosis @coolboymew i do the lower back and the upper back same day and then the lower back and abs same day and cardio daily with the pupperoni it works for now. Once i can do some real pull ups thatll change alot
-
I've been doing endurance exercise for decades. I'm naturally high energy. So it's not goal oriented. It's just me being me.
-
@Humpleupagus @Economic_Hitman @Hyperhidrosis @coolboymew excuse me upper back and arms, lower back and abs same days. I know some instances dont accept edits
-
@Soy_Magnus @Humpleupagus @Economic_Hitman @Hyperhidrosis I do crunches during arms day and planning to do lower back on legs day. I'll add more as it goes and I might add a day at some point if the additional stuff takes too long
I set up the days so that they have the supposed optimal time of recovery but get no brakes
-
@coolboymew @Humpleupagus @Economic_Hitman @Hyperhidrosis i dobt do lower back on the same day as legs cause th work outs i do seem to work out the abs and thr lower back lightly too but enoufh to risk injury but it depends on how much you do it i get pretty close to failure
-
@Soy_Magnus @Humpleupagus @Economic_Hitman @Hyperhidrosis goblet squats seems to be working the lower back, or at least, putting pressure on it, it gets a bit stiff after, but not dangerously so. But probably not enough to not not lower back exercises later if I spread it enough
-
@Humpleupagus @Economic_Hitman @Hyperhidrosis @coolboymew i bet if you switched it up and started doing like blood flow restriction trainjng or proffessional body building youd see some insane gains
-
It is the way of my people.
-
@Humpleupagus @Soy_Magnus @Hyperhidrosis @coolboymew
> I'm not goal oriented
but you're mexican, don't you yell GOOAAAALLLL all the time?
-
@Humpleupagus @Soy_Magnus @Economic_Hitman @Hyperhidrosis GOLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL
-
@coolboymew @Soy_Magnus @Economic_Hitman @Humpleupagus remember to stretch before you sleep
-
@Hyperhidrosis @Economic_Hitman @Humpleupagus @Soy_Magnus I have to admit I never ever stretched, due to my ADHD, I'm randomly active during the day tho'
-
@coolboymew @Humpleupagus @Economic_Hitman @Hyperhidrosis just be sure to stretch and go by feel if it feels wrong listen to your body. Remember too most people dont see gains because they dontbpush hard enough to reach hypertrophy, at least the studys say so
-
@Soy_Magnus @Humpleupagus @Economic_Hitman @Hyperhidrosis the thing is, what should I do, I finished the sets but can still somewhat go on? Should I just go on on the last set until I can't anymore? But there's also, if I go too heavy, I have to stop early and it feels unsatisfying
-
I have naturally elevated hematocrit (my red blood cell count is above normal range), which may explain why I can exercise for so long. I'm like Lance Armstrong, except I have two testicles and don't need EPO. For that reason, I've avoided any kind of program that could raise rbc. I don't need to stroke out.
-
@coolboymew @Humpleupagus @Economic_Hitman @Hyperhidrosis oh youve GOT to. It warms up the muscles if you dont you may be fatiguing and depleting your glucogen reserves before you actually do anything of value
-
@Soy_Magnus @Humpleupagus @Economic_Hitman @Hyperhidrosis is that maybe why I struggle on push ups? Women push-ups are supra unsatisfying too
-
@Humpleupagus @Economic_Hitman @Hyperhidrosis @coolboymew u can actually raise your erythropoetin levels naturally before a work out by doing free diving breathing excercises. Just hold your breath fornas long as you can for 4 mins and then take 4 minutes breathing slowly and qualitatively. Bfr creates an oxygen depleted environment for the muscles your targeting causing slow twitxhes to kick in sooner and causing possible hypertrophy easier. Its a really nifty rehab technique for people with injuries
-
@Soy_Magnus @Humpleupagus @Economic_Hitman @Hyperhidrosis is that a thing?
Also I've had upperback issues which might also explain why I struggle on push ups
-
you don't do steriods and cocaine like the rest of us macho men? I am sad
-
Rest for a half an hour and go again. Have you tried creatine? It'll help replenish atp between sets.
Also, overheating, not muscle wear, is the number one cause of fatigue. Stay cool. Drink water.
-
@Humpleupagus @Soy_Magnus @Economic_Hitman @Hyperhidrosis I do have water and I put the fans on my while I try workout
-
@coolboymew @Humpleupagus @Economic_Hitman @Hyperhidrosis u need to warm up itll change all that. Id go heavier and if you can still go, drop the weight bit also work on time under tension. Do them slower and more controled through the whole kotion adn youll see it change the results too 5-8 reps is really all you should be able to do at a time ifnyour doing them slow enough. The slower the better the quality
-
@coolboymew @Humpleupagus @Economic_Hitman @Hyperhidrosis yup. Do em slower and do em slighlty elevated too in a few weeks youll feel the differeence in stability
-
@Soy_Magnus @Humpleupagus @Economic_Hitman @Hyperhidrosis slightly elevated?
-
@Soy_Magnus @Humpleupagus @Economic_Hitman @Hyperhidrosis dips?
-
@coolboymew @Humpleupagus @Economic_Hitman @Hyperhidrosis u gotta hit them dips dips will change alot of that too
-
@Humpleupagus @Economic_Hitman @Hyperhidrosis @coolboymew switching up rest times are another way to really change ifnyou do 30 secs between sets, try doing less ornmore between. Or not doing any time between its all aboit not allowijg the body to adjust ifnu do the sake rhing your body will aclimate to it and stop bemefitingnfrom it. Ive done some with water or evem dry fasting, sugar before andnduring, energy drinks. Thebimpact gets increased by new stressors
-
@coolboymew @Humpleupagus @Economic_Hitman @Hyperhidrosis ive done em both ways they work great as long as you hit your safe range of motion and do them slow and controled
-
@Soy_Magnus @Humpleupagus @Economic_Hitman @coolboymew Try increasing rest time
-
@coolboymew @Humpleupagus @Economic_Hitman @Hyperhidrosis @Soy_Magnus I was at a relative's house for Thanksgiving and he was watching this World Cup bullshit. I told him to watch Blue Lock instead.
