     @PhenomX6 Elon honestly aired way more dirty laundry than I expected, but this is how it was always going to be. Proprietary social media doesn't make money, it exists to harvest data and control the flow of information. No one who isn't motivated by one or both of those things will make or buy such a site.

     I suspect Musk has some cute trick up his sleeve like making Trump CEO of Twitter or something, which would at least be funny considering how, in spite of how ineffectual he was in office, he’s basically Emanuel Goldstein in the mind of your average leftoid. But if he does something gay like make Jared Kushner CEO it’ll just suck. I suspect he’ll do something more akin to the latter, unfortunately.
