   set up @kde Plasma desktop on an A311D MNT Reform laptop review unit today. after a few tweaks* it works quite well.

   *we need to disable the autostart configs of waybar, pasystray and other tools that we ship for sway and wayfire, change the qt5 icon theme back to breeze, set the scaling to 100% and disable some animations like morphing.

     @carlschwan @kde while i have your attention: plasma defaults to 125% scale here which causes graphics glitches with panfrost. which config file do we have to ship to default to 100%?

     @carlschwan @kde actually, the issue was that i had `QT_QPA_PLATFORMTHEME=qt5ct` and this messed up theming in KDE. unsetting it before launching plasma fixes all these issues.
