寮If you think about it, the feminazi movement has done far more for men than it has done for women.
They made women "not need no men", they put them into chains I mean careers, they basically turned women into men.
Meanwhile, men are like "oh so you want to work in a thankless job for us, so that we can just live in cheap housing without having to worry about stress at home, and have the same salaries as we already had, and have far more time and money for our hobbies, and eventually save up so I can retire early? Yea ma'am, let's do it!".
Women on the other hand are the ones who want to marry, want to have children, want to be taken care of, and everything, but they've chased the key for all that to come true (men) away.
Also, unlike women, men can be alone, and moreover want to be alone.
So if you look at it, the whole feminazi movement is there to benefit men, not women.
And this is also why men don't do anything to stop it.
Men in Japan are discriminated against if they don't have a girlfriend, I heard you say. I know that it may be difficult to rent an apartment there for a single man. Seems like men aren't really winning.
Evidence please?
Because I'm literally a man in Japan, and I'm not being discriminated against, and renting an apartment has never been easier (I like in a house I bought, but still).
In this neck of the woods, people post outright they won't admit anyone but girls for renting or lodging. Even if the lease is on the whole apartment, not just a room. As for Japan, I came across the dude who told me that it was difficult for him because landlords worry he'll die in there with nobody the wiser.
Yea, because 1 dude being declined by 1 landlord is equal to millions of people being declined by hundreds of thousands of landlords right?
I've heard lots of horror stories from people looking for a place to live, but unless he was explicitely looking for a women-only room (and therefore he then creates his own problem), it really sounds rather retarded.
And so far, the only people complaining being declined by landlords are either the gaijin who flat out refuse to learn Japanese even though they already live in the country for decades, or pet owners who refuse to keep the fact they have a pet secret, or people with a criminal record.
But never just because of him having not the right genetilia between his legs and them being afraid of just suddenly dying in his own room because of that.
Just in case, because I already know you'll say that:
Yes, women-only rooms do exist, but the women-only to all gender ratio is pretty much equal to the kangaroo to human ratio outside of Australia really.
I don't feel like wrestling with PushShift and this user got banned off the Reddit, but he dropped some valuable insights on life in Japan as a single male expat. There are probably more stories like that that people loath to share.
"As I get older renting is going to become more and more challenging - even at my current relatively young age I've already run into age discrimination from landlords. I plan to live the rest of my life here and feel that without a home of my own there's a tangible risk I'll be homeless and/or get deported when I'm older." -- https://old.reddit.com/r/JapanFinance/comments/qp9v56/need_some_advice_on_how_to_unscrew_my_future/
As we were talking about the sexes, I thought you meant he was discriminated against just for being a male.
Now that you mention age, this starts making more sense now.
Age discrimination is real, especially towards foreigners because unlike Japanese citizens, foreigners can just flee unexpectedly and foreign courts will not rule in the landlord's favor while national courts will be like "he has no residence in Japan and no Japanese nationality, so we can't take your case sir".
Whether him being single or married has nothing to do with it really.
Otherwise you'd be denying the fact there's an abundance of single men renting apartments and mansions without any problem whatsoever nationwide.
Good to hear it may be not as bad as some make it out so, although even one person is enough to look into that. Just because everyone is silent on the problem doesn't mean it don't exist. We don't want men to be blind to the risks just because when a man has a problem, it's always a personal problem, but when a female has a problem, it's the society that's fucked up.
I think there are plenty of landlords willing to make an exception if the dweller is female expat.
Also 38 years is not old. I figured many landlords use "age" as a proxy when they feel off about the potential dweller but can't admit straightly why they refuse.
OLD WORLD society had - Localism + District based living - Actual Patroracy - Commonality - Community - Men in charge of family, childern, women - Clean water - Clean Dirt - Clean Air - Clean Souls - Honest trade/commerce - Money based on hours
NEW World - 250-500 years - National Statism - Men have no authority but all the responsibilities, burdens and demands - Multi Racialism - Multi region - Fluoride Water - Chem trail air - Internationalism - Pussy pass - No fault divorce - vagamony - child support - divorce 'settlement'
^ That's what plastic traditionalists always say. Men never had much authority in the family unit, and the patrocracy is a laughable concept that feminists came up with to demonize men.
@scroll I'm sorry, but since you tend to talk about me instead of the main topic, I'm not interested in this discussion. Thank you and have a good day.
> Good to hear it may be not as bad as some make it out so
A lot of foreigners make it seem way worse than it really is.
I think it has more to do with them moving into Japan because "so different", and then they complain that it's not like their home country.
Move the fuck back then!
This is where this whole "NOBODY WANTS TO SIT NEXT TO FOREIGNERS IN TRAINS BOOHOO!!" bullshit came from.
Sure, if you emit any scent (good or bad, doesn't matter, just about anything entering our nose is considered bad), people will distance themselves from you.
Or people who are so fat they take up more than 1 seat, same shit.
But instead of taking these into account, they just cry "REEEE REEECISM!!".
Yea, fuck off...
> because when a man has a problem, it's always a personal problem, but when a female has a problem, it's the society that's fucked up.
And this is why the smart people turn a man's problem into a woman's problem, and wait until soyciety fixes itself.
> I think there are plenty of landlords willing to make an exception if the dweller is female expat.
nope.
If you're a foreigner who doesn't have permanent residency status, you'll be treated like someone who can possibly flee any moment, regardless of gender.
It's more a matter of money than anything else really.
"And this is why the smart people turn a man's problem into a woman's problem, and wait until soyciety fixes itself."
This is just as dishonorable as fat people demands like "everyone else should order double because 'muh fat acceptance'." The sentence I'm replying to betrays the lack of a strong moral backbone and is even in conflict with basic ancap principles. See also: https://yujiri.xyz/protagonism/luck.gmi
"A is chased by a bear and B could make the bear chase them instead. They doesn't; they chooses their own life over A's. Few people would claim this is immoral, and those that would (mostly Christians) would find it a minor sin at worst. Then the other version: it's A who has the power, and they choose to make the bear chase B instead. This one is obviously murder. We just can't honestly deny that there's a massive difference. There's no avoiding the conclusion that, even if you don't put it this way, A is less entitled to life *because* they're the one who would naturally die here."
> This is just as dishonorable as fat people demands like "everyone else should order double because 'muh fat acceptance'."
You're comparing apples with oranges here.
> The sentence I'm replying to betrays the lack of a strong moral backbone
Muh morality.
That's the right wing version of "being on the right side of history", literally the exact same thing.
> and is even in conflict with basic ancap principles.
I guess you're misunderstanding spectacularly here.
One such example would be child support.
When parents are divorsed, traditionally the father has to pay for child support until the child becomes an adult.
In the west now that women are making money, now they decided that the mother needs to pay for child support, so now the man's problem is a woman's problem.
And from what I understood, they're now abolishing child support all of the sudden.
If it's untrue, then just treat it like an example.
If it's true, then also treat it like an example.
>>> You say my problem is eating too much? Now you *have* to follow suit. Welcome to the club, enjoy solving the obesity problem.
When you say I'm comparing apples to oranges you probably mean that being fat is a personal choice while being a man isn't. However I'm not talking about the *source* of the problem, but against the attitude of forcing others to deal with any of your problems by making them suffer the exact same thing. This is against NAP.
"I guess you're misunderstanding spectacularly here."
I would say you don't know what your talking about, especially about the West. I will try to offer some insights you may have missed.
1) When parents are divorced, traditionally the father has to pay for child support
Officially it's all about the "best interests of the child". What no one is intent on doing is explaining why money in "child's interest" the kid has no right to spend or even know of.
2) In the west now that women are making money, now they decided that the mother needs to pay for child support
Women were making money in the past, they just resented doing so, and spun tales about abusive husbands refusing to support themselves. Now they have the gall to tell us they were prevented from being the breadwinner. On a technically legal side mothers could of been ordered to pay money to another legal guardian for a very long time.
It's another issue that men with "smarts" had nothing to do with, men always went with the dominant narrative.
3) And from what I understood, they're now abolishing child support all of the sudden.
This is nonsense, child support is taxable income and the state will always want you to pay more taxes. If money trumps gender for the landlords, it definitely does for the government thugs.
BTW there are women who were convicted of child molestation in the West and now serving ridiculously long sentences. This has done nothing to alleviate the police heavy-handedness on that issue alone. Also women who are convicted at least had access to kids while most men jailed and harassed by cops on the street because a concerned mom said he looked odd don't even have that privilege. https://social.076.moe/url/76286
Regarding the "leaving stuff alone is somehow against the NAP" part, I still can't understand how simply walking away and letting problems correct itself naturally and without violence is somehow the same as forcing people to accept something against their will or else, but whatever, you have your ideology, I'll just stick with reality.
As for the child support part, thanks for explaining.
