     @doctorsex @yockeypuck I've made this observation before, but terminally online people treat humor like it's a weapon, making fun of them is seen as an attack and only people they disagree with should ever be made fun of. They can't understand people who are able to laugh at themselves because they can't laugh at themselves.

     I feel like that's kind of a different phenomena, but sure, I suppose there's a parallel to be drawn. 40k still sucks and is for fags tho.

     Reminds me of that post where someone points out that trans "humor" (i.e, that shit where they slap a bunch of pride flags on everything and say "trans rights!") Is basically a schizophrenic coping mechanism designed to uphold their delusions for just a bit longer because if they felt something other than validation for 5 minutes they would seriously consider suicide
