@PraxisOfEvil Make sure you spring for vitamins and stuff if you arent’ eating healthy. The rat life can cause some damage in the long term, particularly if you go for the ramen & tuna diet every day.
Something I really hate about poverty in america is that it seems like you can’t ;climb out of the hole. There are a dozen non-real, pointless bills that you’re forced to pay just to operate, and most of the time if you want to actually escape the gravity well you have to do the “right thing” and pay them.
Car registration, insurance, dental, phone bills, it just never ends, and none of them actually improve the quality of your life. They just set you back a couple hundred bucks while you look to your sides and see niggers ignoring them, and feel like a rube for going along with it.
Being poor in the global south is so much simpler. Need money? Work a bit more, forego the vices, and get paid in cash at the end of each day. Pay for roof, pay for food, repeat. That’s it. End of list.
@WashedOutGundamPilot@PraxisOfEvil Correct. ZOG is so festooned with middlemen and parasites that actually accumulating capital without a seed is exceedingly difficult.
And if you do somehow manage to bottle lightning, well, the next gen won't have that same opportunity as whatever method you used will have been destroyed or fenced off behind six figures of required licenses, certs, degrees, etc.
@PraxisOfEvil Most everyone I see is doing the same, even the guys making $160,000 a year. People tend to expand their lifestyles to the very limits of their paychecks.
Hell, I did the same. I got spoiled by pretty good success early on, and I’ve had to learn some very harsh monetary lessons abotu where to put my money to get the most out of it.
@WashedOutGundamPilot I have different avenues for making money, but I feel I have to grind to make any sort of extra cash. Keeping my bills paid is a challenge, I hate seeing my paychecks dissapear overnight and knowing I have to wait a couple more weeks just to get paid and watch them disappear again. My experience is not unique, but man I wish there was a better way to live.
@RupertvonRipp@elftummy@PraxisOfEvil I talk to guys who do this flying, where they live outside their home base to have better QoL….but then they have to fly out to commute to a city in order to start actually working. So you can live in kansas, but you’re gonna have to fly to denver, or austin, or phoenix in order to start getting paid.
You think spending 2.3 hours a day in traffic is bad….try taking a drive and a 2 hour flight to start work. Nuts.
@PvtProperty@elftummy@PraxisOfEvil The ones I know like this tend to be parents, and every time they’re spending way, way too much on the childhood stuff. The wives can’t help it, no matter what happens they insist on buying everything the richer people do to make sure their kid doesn’t stand out.
@RupertvonRipp@elftummy@PraxisOfEvil it is. I have that pinned meme that pissed shadowman off because it’s too blackpilled, but if you’re flying the line you’re pretty much resigned to being cheated on. The family dynamic is terrible, since the kids effectively have a single mother 60% of the time, so they get this lasseisz-faire, anything-goes lifestyle that disappears the second you walk back in the door.
In the end they all end up kinda treating you like a stranger, if you’re gone too much and the family gets atomized. Most guys I speak to have poor grasp of their family members, they’re like the managers of the house more than a dad. Maybe family building was easier when society was healthy, and women could be trusted to be better mothers in general, but man, everyone i talk to tells me unending horror stories about what they go home to and it freaks me out.
Absurdly beautiful nature, picturesque hills, etc.... absolutely no amenities. 20 miles to the grocery, no 'fast casual' for me unless I drive an hour into town, etc.
@RupertvonRipp@elftummy@PraxisOfEvil Yeah, except the pilots get travel benefits and a standard of living that attracts gold diggers even more. The cool part is that you can just wake up and ask if she wants to go somewhere for lunch a few states away.
The downside is that she’ll always be trying to find places to go to fill up her insta with beach pics to pretend she’s much more wealthy than she is
@WashedOutGundamPilot@elftummy@PraxisOfEvil The cuckbox is the cuckbox if you're Chadwick Vanderpilot IV and your hot cheerleader wife decides the surfbro she met at the tiki bar on Maui is worth a spin or if you're Matthew Parrott and live in an Indiana trailer park.
@DemonSixOne@RupertvonRipp@elftummy@PraxisOfEvil I still don’t know what I like more. I always liked the normal scheds where you can mix and match a little bit, have like 3 days off every week. But I got a buddy working 2w on and off and it’s working really well for him.
I think it’ll really come down to how well my wife can hold down the fort without me
@RupertvonRipp@DemonSixOne@elftummy@PraxisOfEvil Yeah, the kids in my age bracket are all kinda coalescing to have multi-unit property buys. We’ve all kind of gravitated towards it so our kids will be able to spend childhood together. I just need to get more money to buy in. Ugh.
@RupertvonRipp@monsterislandcolonizer@WashedOutGundamPilot@PraxisOfEvil The window for any mortgage at all is closing pretty quickly though Wells Fargo announced just the other day that they are not doing any new mortgages for any White person I can only assume the other banks will soon follow suit
@monsterislandcolonizer@RupertvonRipp@WashedOutGundamPilot@PraxisOfEvil Most of the country had that available for a long time If the interest rate is below 3% you can get a 100k 30yr fixed-rate mortgage for less than $600/mo including insurance & property taxes (15 year (much better) is below $900) Now mortgage rates are going to be around 7% if you're lucky and have enough good goy points (credit score) That means the same home now costs $800/mo (1100 for 15yr)
There are still plenty of sub-100k homes in "real america" but ymmv
I see people weighed down by their mistakes, you can see it on their faces and their body language, they look like walking corpses.
My problem with this system is this:
Every fucking person seems to be forgiven of their mistakes, and just keep on rolling, except the people who keep the Goddamned lights on in this society. The people giving up their time, their bodies, their lives, for this sham, have to live with their mistakes and let those fuck-ups eat them up every day. But the wealthy? Hell no, my friend. They can buy peace of mind. They can always have someone take care of their messes.
I hate this so much. Great article so far, I’ll let you know when I’m done.
@MoralPanic Negrofication is inevitable, I see it from the poor white folks I encounter all the time. I myself am trying to put in the effort to avoid such a fate, but it's difficult and sometimes I wonder if I'd be better off not giving a fuck. But for a lot of people the choice has already been made, they embrace niggerdom.
@PraxisOfEvil >Poor people don’t wear masks at all, what they present to the world and who they are in their private life are one in the same.
They've been negrofied, there's no poor white culture to subscribe to unless you live in certain regions so the default is niggers and that's who these people become. They stop caring about anything, one of the most common phrases out of their mouths is "I dun give a fuck." Yes, everybody can see that, that's why you smell like weed, make poor financial decisions, and generally are a drag on everybody around you. I've had people tell me they constantly speed and get tickets, and they just keep doing it. When they have a light out it's "the police don't ticket fo dat." It's depressing but also disappointing.
Poverty sucks but you don't have to become a nigger.
@PraxisOfEvil The "pushing 40 and never really accomplished much with my life" thing is common for men in the modern world. It's what triggers the traditional male mid-life crisis. We get it even when we have the job, savings, wife, 2.5 kids, house with the picket fence, etc.
Point being, it has little to do with your financial picture and more to do with the meaninglessness of what you already identified, working just to live, without building up something that will last.
Don't listen to anyone who says to just power through it or whatever. Start today and identify something meaningful to build up or save up. Then arrange your life to make gains immediately, even if small ones. Otherwise that feeling doesn't go away.
@PraxisOfEvil@TornadoOfTerror@parker the trick in most blue areas is to rob a corporate store and don't do anything stupid like push over and kill an old guy. DAs love to give you slap on the wrist charges if you're caught.
@TornadoOfTerror@PraxisOfEvil I hear they've started tagging steaks here, employees say shoplifting is super bad, but they don't care. I live in a smallish town too, and even the socket sets and wrenches at Canadian Tire are behind metal cases now.
@PraxisOfEvil reading this i get that the only thing keeping people going in the neoliberal world are shiny things and circus and when that's not available in the collapsing society people realize how miserable their lives actually are , in my rural area the happiest people i meet are poor people who r working in our fields for dirt cheap rates because they have geniune human connection to even the upper classes and with their families just the other day we were all celebrating a festival together
also working at a retail store, they have comically bad methods of loss prevention that aren't locking shit up.
Namely; they want employees to approach and ask "hi how are you" to people they think are doing sus things (which is funny because you never find employees in stores now), and also they really want people to look through items when stuff are stacked.
Of course wagie cashiers are retarded and as long as you never point out they didn't scan it right you can get stuff free/cheap this way or not even notice till you see the reciept. They also tend to overcharge you for stuff nowadays as well unfortunately.
@PhenomX6@parker@TornadoOfTerror You always have to be mindful of the hero factor, no doubt some security clown making $12 an hour will impede your progress, the trick is getting around them.
@Owl@PhenomX6@parker@TornadoOfTerror Some of the wannabe cops might, or you might get a kid who just got discharged from the military and tackling shoplifters is his only way of seeing action after fucking off in the desert for two years.
I mean I get why small shop owners go full shotgun or why you'd be the last action hero with a nig brandishing but hmmm...
Still can't get behind it. When I see normal goods under lock I know to distrust the locals a bit and most shrink isn't Robin Hood race warriors it's tweakers and other scum.
@parker@PraxisOfEvil@TornadoOfTerror meanwhile Kroger in hood locations has an easy way to tell you you need to move out: certain aisles will be fenced off and you have to use a second checkout there. There's also only one way in and out. It's called racist but as profit trumps being called that they literally don't care and it's rolled out to more high theft stores.
@PhenomX6@PraxisOfEvil@TornadoOfTerror I've never seen an employee at the Walmart near here do anything. Even when the door alarms go off, they usually just wave people through, and sometimes don't even look up. Maybe corporate is trying to push the employees harder, but they're all unpaid and elderly, so couldn't care less.
@PraxisOfEvil@PhenomX6@Owl@RupertvonRipp@TornadoOfTerror I mean, if they give us back a high-trust society and Mom-and-Pop shops with owners I know and am friends with, and stop regulating small business to death, then I'll be bothered to care.
@PhenomX6@RupertvonRipp@parker@Owl@TornadoOfTerror I don't like to see people romanticizing crime, yes some people steal out of necessity but for every poor mother taking a bottle of baby formula there's about 10 more nignogs swiping electronics for fun. But at this stage I'm compelled to care about neither.
