     I agree obv, but I also don’t believe his narrative that the average dindu has a better chance of success in their own country. He must come from a wealthy family or something.

     @bot @chonky @jeffcliff We prioritize the wealthy or accomplished in immigration, so there's not really much point in considering the average foreigner. Although they often bring over their more average extended families, who you can sometimes see in more populated areas begging full-time.

     I have no disagreement with it. I don't want them here, they shouldn't want to be here rather than improving their own homeland, and their only reason for being here is to boost GDP numbers while GDP per capita bleeds out.

     That's a good way to summarize it.
     Canada is a communist country with a PR department that lures in suckers. The only reason people would move to a country like this is if they were misinformed.
     I've seen many videos like this and they generally hit the same few points:
     - Nobody told us about the cold
     - Nobody told us about the cost of living
     - Nobody told us about high taxes
     - Nobody told us about the lack of opportunity
     Which is ironic, because for a time a casual visit to /r/Canada would have dozens of people bringing those things up to be gaslit by de-facto govt employees.

     What you're forgetting is that the measures you think were intended to control the virus were only intended to coerce people into taking the injections. They explicitly said this many times.
     
     Now that Canada hit the quota it doesn't matter anymore.
     But don't worry, mandates and lockdowns will return the next time they need to do another mass rollout of pharma profits, since it worked so well last time.
     
     I'm curious though, have you spent any time trying to understand how to treat people for long covid? Establishment medicine is outright nihilistic on the prospect, because the health system was terrible before this even started. It exists to put wagies back in cagies, but nothing more. If you're seriously concerned about mitigating the impact SARS-COV-2 (and many other health threats) have on people, you're going to have to go outside conventional means.
