@d0c40r0 @GLObalMARinePR Could be interesting, but just be ready to navigate things when she realizes work is a lot less fulfilling than being there for the kids. Tons and tons of women will like their job until they get a taste of motherhood, then take a 10 year hiatus until the kids are older (which may be too soon, if both parents allow the kids to start raising themselves in their teens)
It may be a tough transition, where she tries to square conflicting feelings of either choice. They’ll feel duty to their career and the sisterhood, seeing a hiatus as giving up and quitting, but they’ll feel guilty going to work and putting it above the kids’ wellbeing.
It’s manageable, just something to ready yourself for so it doesn’t blindside you.
