     @deprecated_ii @nugger @Reluctant_Weeb @INSTALLGENTOO All people are trying to do with bullpups is make the overall length shorter without sacrificing barrel length.
     
     But why? It’s like a bored engineer thing where they try to make out something to be a problem just to have something to do.
     
     If the barrel is well made and gets along with the cartridge, the barrel already doesn’t need to be that long to be effective at any distance you don’t need a scope for. If you DO need a scope, then you don’t need to be all Action Jackson, worried about length and the weight of a stock, because you’re going to need to sit still to take a shot in the first place.

     @Reluctant_Weeb @nugger @deprecated_ii Setting the trigger group far away from the hammer and firing pin and BCG is terrible design decision that over complicates the production process and causes reliability issues through use.
     I don't agree with cutting off barrels, that's just handicapping yourself. If you need "cqc" just add bayonet or knife sheath on vest.

     Ergonomics can easily be taken too far. Just look at ergonomic keyboards, sacrificing usability and simplicity for hypothetically perfect design.
