cool_boy_mew (coolboymew@shitposter.club)'s status on Thursday, 22-Jun-2023 02:52:56 JST cool_boy_mew Guess I should just take 2 days off from Ring Fit Adventure, I don't feel like right now, but arms were pretty sore already from yesterday's training
I should probably try working on the biceps instead-

cool_boy_mew (coolboymew@shitposter.club)'s status on Thursday, 22-Jun-2023 03:29:02 JST cool_boy_mew @Fuyutsuki @r000t there's a Ring, and the Ring is hard to press while under your chest, over or in the back of your head. Also I do these stages where I have to do overhead pull and this goes pretty hard at working the muscles in the upper arm -
mortal@m.nintendojo.fr's status on Thursday, 22-Jun-2023 03:29:09 JST mortal @coolboymew depending on your current level, Ring Fit can be pretty taxing.
I don't know if there is an option to focus on some specific muscles or exercises …

cool_boy_mew (coolboymew@shitposter.club)'s status on Thursday, 22-Jun-2023 03:37:19 JST cool_boy_mew @Fuyutsuki @r000t Look up the stadium and stuff
But stadium 9 = overhead pull endurance
10 and 16: stairs or in water walking, requires me to "run" with my knees high, as if going up stairs or going through water
13 and 19: Running + doing a LOT of ring presses to push the fan block up an incline that goes against you
Lower road: Has a lot of "flight" section, which has you putting the ring on it's side on your belly and pressing it to "fly", it's really long so it really works your muscles -

mortal@m.nintendojo.fr's status on Thursday, 22-Jun-2023 03:49:15 JST mortal @coolboymew I don't think there is anything for biceps.
Generally I take a break when there is too much shoulders involved (it's pretty taxing).

DeadBead (bead@poa.st)'s status on Thursday, 22-Jun-2023 03:52:56 JST DeadBead @coolboymew Might be time to start training with weights. Dumbbells are cheap and you can do a lot with them. Just gradually graduate up as certain muscle groups develop. Stuff like 5lb dumbbells will still get used even when you are curling with 60s since, for example, your rotator cuff are hard to train and you will want to keep the weight low so you don't injure yourself. If you just get a new pair every couple of weeks you will gradually build up a nice collection for any occasion. If you really get into lifting you can think about buying a bar and free weights later. cool_boy_mew likes this. -
cool_boy_mew (coolboymew@shitposter.club)'s status on Thursday, 22-Jun-2023 03:52:56 JST cool_boy_mew @Bead I have one 10 and one 20
The 10 seems like nothing and takes a long time for me to get sore
The 20, however, I think I should have went with 15... -
cool_boy_mew (coolboymew@shitposter.club)'s status on Thursday, 22-Jun-2023 03:59:46 JST cool_boy_mew @Bead The delts is the upperarm muscles close to the shoulder? That actually developed them the fuck out, they're currently visibly big -
DeadBead (bead@poa.st)'s status on Thursday, 22-Jun-2023 03:59:47 JST DeadBead @coolboymew Well if you had two 10s you could try doing lateral raises. It would be pretty interesting to see how quickly you reach muscle failure since I don't think ringfit is the best for developing the delts. cool_boy_mew likes this. -
mortal@m.nintendojo.fr's status on Thursday, 22-Jun-2023 04:23:11 JST mortal @coolboymew biceps are not that hard to develop besides the rest.
A good pair of dumbbell, 15 min. a day and you're done within a couple of months.
