     @peemasons No matter how bad, no matter how unlikely, there’s still gonna be a chance if you try. It’s easy to just give up and say you would’ve lost anyways, but…..dammit I see a lot of winners, every day. I see guys who make me wonder how in the hell they managed to get married and have a happy family, and if THEY can do it so often then any of us here sure can, too.

     But we have to try. Quality women are in exceedingly short supply (which is why I opt to try and help foster my own instead of a ready-made perfect woman), but they still exist.

     I’ve thought about giving up before, but every time I think back to my ancestors making it through much, MUCH tougher things. How could I ever look our crusader ancestor in the eye and say I just fuckin’ gave up because tinder and jewish sociology were too insurmountable? The man trekked across the world to slaughter his enemies for Christ, it’s disgusting to even consider giving up. I’m accountable to my forebears. We all are.

     @kuon @peemasons There are so many instances of this it’s unreal. We talk a big game about our heritage, our race, our people, but it seems like we too often think about those things in the abstract. Our history should be a font of strength and motivation for all of us.

     Every time I learn about another battle, another seeming loss overturned by dedicated, furious clawing at fate’s throat I commit myself even harder to what I need to be doing to keep the line going.

     @WashedOutGundamPilot @MeBigbrain @peemasons This is the correct perspective and I’m glad to see you repeat it past a one-off reply to another thread. Living with multiple older female siblings really illuminated how easy and common it is for shy, introverted but pure women to graduate without finding their initial high school sweetheart, maybe dabble in university but give up when nobody shows interest in anything more than one night stands.

     @veff @MeBigbrain @peemasons I keep hammering it home because these girls are invisible to us, they don’t have high profiles online, and after high school they just fade into the ether, never to be seen again. It’s easy for dudes to get blackpilled when the only women they see are the nasty, worldly, mainstream ones day after day, presented in a constant drumbeat of normalization.

     Now that guys aren’t asking anyone out IRL anymore (for good reason and bad alike) it’s much more common for them to just…..wait. They don’t even know how to find what they want, and the kinds of girls who are somewhat shy, and kind-hearted can’t just use guy-advice like “just go to church, duh” because then they feel bad, guilty even when they have to turn down the guys who show interest but don’t meet the standard. Yeah, they’re spoiled for options from a guy POV, but that means they have to reject men constantly, and nice people hate having to do that.

     So they retreat into comfort, not really paying attention to the clock, just going one day at a time.

     “I’ll find a hubby when I get to college!”

     “I’ll find him when I get into my major and we spend more time as a class!” (no guys in her major, only 2 and they’re weird)

     “okay, but for real, I’ll find a man at work! Once I’m out and about and not focused on studying, THEN I can date! And I’ll have my own place, too! I’ll be ready!”

     “………holy cow I’m 33”

     Happens to guys too, myself included.

     @MeBigbrain @veff @peemasons Maybe, lots of variables. If you’re a ‘quality’ guy and you seem like a cool person then go for it. If it’s somewhere you go a lot you don’t need to go on super strong, just befriend her a bit as a usual first. That’s usually how I would do it.

     Still doesn’t work out often, and you end up going out and finding that she’s totally incompatible, but still, at least you gave it a shot
