     @caekislove Chicago, so it’s shitskinville. Once upon a time those regulations were invoked by sane people trying to keep their basement from turning into a slaughterhouse.

     Zoning is a pain now because they own the power levers. Once you get enough money you’ll pray for zoning when you open the blinds and see the neighbor started a totally legal, nothing you can do about it trailer park across the street

     @caekislove @WashedOutGundamPilot That's what Home Owners Associations are TACK-IT-ly for now.
     You can't express forbid niggers from buying property, but you can make it legal to say "NO" to some of their monkeyshines (and hopefully the niggers decide to buy elsewhere)
     
     HOAs can get a bad rep, but the thing is:
     (1) some White people are unfortunately shitty neighbors
     (2) being involved in your HOA is critical to keep it focused on what matters

     Sometimes all you got to do is ask. When I heard there’d be some vacancies I threw my hat in the ring and have just kept asking, reaffirming my interest

     All HOA’s are run by busybody women or retired boomers. I lived in a condo once where they recently removed the 55+ age restrictions because everyone was dying off and the meetings looked like concentration camp survivors and Jerry Seinfeld relatives. :seinfeld:

     for the last 15 years, I've been on an HOA. i've been President, Treasurer, and Secretary -- sometimes two or three positions simultaneously.
