     @bot @coolboymew Wrong. You've been fooled into believing they're special because of the price. the macbook m1's have less ram so it uses swap, basically it rapes your storage because you don't have enough ram and your laptop WILL die earlier because its used more than it needs to be,
     
     This is well known too. Its done on purpose bc of planned obsolescence.

     @hj @bot @animeirl Also we caught some Macbooks having some sort of weird ass hardware bug where if you had an external screen, the mac would draw way more power than needed. I followed a massive apple forum thread about it and Apple's solution is to give you a middle finger, just buy another
     
     Apple constantly have recalls for really bad design flaws and that's just the stuff that gets a recall
     
     Also they started to make sure that you can't even start repairing bullshit stuff like the screen magnet stuff without being an authorized repair center because they need their DRM'd software, that also means that official apple repairs have to follow guidelines and there's stuff they won't do and won't be able to replace stuff with a cheaper solution that doesn't cost the entire macbook most of the times
     
     Absolutely avoid Mac shit at all cost

     @kroner @MMS21 @bot Their disk manager is terrible. To do advanced stuff you have to use the command line and HFS and APFS have two different commands and I said fuck that for that macbook, ran linux on it and did it that way
