     @dew_the_dew @deprecated_ii @PraxisOfEvil @WashedOutGundamPilot The 'going blind' myth largely comes from the prohibition era, where bootleggers would water down the smuggled liquor and then add bleach or methanol etc. to add some extra kick.
     I was also completely shocked to discover that there was jewish involvement in the bootlegging industry...
