   I saw somewhere recently that Vtubing in the West, bar Hololive/Nijisanji EN branches of course, is just a pump and dump scheme for women/men who give zero fucks about the medium.
   
   I tend to agree with that, Project Kawaii had a whole generation (1 terminated talent) 4 others (mass graduated) up and fucking leave after their griftathons. Oh and they still treat it as some plaything they can up and leave anytime after the fact. That horse cunt made 70k and the other one in that gen made 40k or something and ran away for whatever fucking reason. Then with Phase Connects Yuri apparently raking in money under the table in her time with them instead of making a personal account to circumvent that, no, she decided to have a woman moment and not think 10 steps ahead and instead think 50 steps backwards and continue taking money away from PC. Yeah, I don't care if Corpos lose money but at the same time it isn't a good look on you either if you're practically stealing money from the company you work for. She also didn't read the dotted line that said she would FUCKING GIVE UP HER MODELS TO PHASE CONNECT AND PEOPLE ARE ASTOUNDED AT THIS. READ. THE. FUCKING. CONTRACT. BEFORE. YOU. SIGN. AND ALL OF IT. GET A CONTRACT LAWYER FOR THIS AS WELL.
   
   It's fucking weird that the 2 biggest "Agencies" let their Vtubers have personal accounts and let them do practically anything they want on them as long as the beams don't cross each other. Noel, Mel, Matsuri, Mori, Kiara, Ina, Kronii, IRyS and some Nijis can do this no problem yet these cunts under the smaller corpos can't? I understand if you don't want to dox yourself but at the same time IRyS, Mel, Noel etc. still do things on their personal account and really haven't had this problem...
   
   What the fuck is it with these absolute retards... Oh yeah, they don't actually care about Vtubing, it's just another grift for them.

     @WashedOutGundamPilot Yeah that's what it always boils down to. Since I watch majorly Hololive I can say that the English girls and even guys fit in and treat it with respect. The bubble in the west is why HoloEN hasn't had a third gen in almost two years no doubt. I don't pity the team that has to come up with all these trap questions to ensure they get quality.

It’s mostly a wasteland when you try to think about someone who can keep up an energetic, engaging, entertaining show as a one-man presenter and talking head. That’s an extremely tall order, the whole reason radio figured out the cohost dynamic decades ago.

     In reality it should be a 2 person op at minimum.

     That’s why I made the centipede comment. Divorcing her physical form, the little movements, bobs, reactions, and expressions takes away the greatest charm-assets a woman has. We tend to miss out especially because the japanese Vtubers are forced to work their assess off to make up the charm shortfall -

     notice how animated they are, how much attention they pay to making their voice carry more personality, the attention to being expressive that seems to be missing in the USA. I think it’s just one of those things where the yankees don’t have the work ethic
