     @nosleep I just learned that 20% is deprecated now, it’s on the “cheap bastard” end of the scale. The new minimum to not get spit in your food is 25%, and the ideal 45%

     @dew_the_dew @nosleep I don’t get why people act like it’s hard, all you gotta do to at least be somewhat liked is remember a few dumb facts about coworkers and ask them how it’s going, ask about whatever interests you. I just had someone telling me all about how his kid is getting into lacrosse and suddenly he’s a ‘great son’

     like yeah, man he has male bonding and teamwork with an outlet to run to his heart’s content now, of course he’s doing better

     no i mean like being a server and getting them to like you for 45 minutes at a time and doing it for like 30-50 different people a night.
