     sometimes when i’ve read a book too many times I start paying attention to unremarkable details that go otherwise unnoticed.

     today was finding a bug/typo in Jurassic Park that has been sitting in plain sight for 34 years. it has never been mentioned online, anywhere - even in the usenet archives from 1990 onwards.

     michael crichton loved creating these tables on his Macintosh, and it is extremely likely that he is responsible for the error.
