     @TrevorGoodchild I know so many high achieving White guys who retired early because of the shit treatment ages ago, then another wave who quit to avoid the mRNA death shot and then when that died down didn't have the energy to go back to the grindstone.
     
     If you're getting low quality applicants it's because you're paying low salaries and treating workers like shit. Word gets around. I have a little list of the worst companies in the area, and when someone is being headhunted by one I tip them off.

     @judgedread @TrevorGoodchild I hate the idea of doxxing myself, but I work about maybe an hour per week. The rest of the time is spent .... doing other stuff. I'm a high earner; I could be a very high earner. I choose not to be to keep out of the politics and to avoid accidentally helping Our Enemies.
     
     In that one hour of actual work, I outperform entire teams.
     
     We live in dark times, that I've put my energies into doing as little as possible.
