     So, what I'm being told is:

     Guy builds a gun and suppressor

     Tracks down a CEO in Manhattan and kills him

     Gets clean away

     Has fake ID and passport and could be in another country by now

     Travels to NJ, where even thinking about a gun is illegal

     Sit in a McDonald's with a backpack full of illegal stuff and waits for the cops to show up.
