New Janny in Town (mk2boogaloo@lab.nyanide.com)'s status on Thursday, 10-Oct-2024 15:56:15 JST New Janny in Town @nyanide the attempt by the Sons of Liberty failed to garner support from the populations, resulting in no American War of Independence, at least not anytime soon. In the meantime, the British succeeded in removing the harsh tax system imposed in the colony. Without the American Independence War, the Brits reigned supreme in the continent, but this also caused other powers like the French, the Dutch and the Spanish to have a better position in the maritime sea empire, especially France since they won't be plagued by the revolution. -

New Janny in Town (mk2boogaloo@lab.nyanide.com)'s status on Thursday, 10-Oct-2024 16:02:32 JST New Janny in Town @Recetti the US carrier fleet didn't leave the place and Japan managed to destroy or at least damage a big part of the US navy. This resulted in Japan gaining more time to finish her conquest. They took Port Moresby, making Australia unable to send much of the ANZAC forces to Europe, since they had to defend the place from a possible Japanese incursion. With time, the remaining Chinese resistance collapsed as Japan continued to strangle the Chinks. By the time the US carrier fleet is back online, they had to reconquer more lands than irl. Sure they could've done this anyway but maybe we would see bigger casualties or even a case for Japanese victory. -

New Janny in Town (mk2boogaloo@lab.nyanide.com)'s status on Thursday, 10-Oct-2024 16:10:34 JST New Janny in Town @Yoruka in case that didn't happen, Bush won't be reelected as much because no one really liked him. This also means the Americans won't intervene in some places to search for terrorists. The stability in the MENA area will be higher since the dictators in charge still exist and they managed to keep the pops happy. But we won't get to see GWOT in action, we will see a multipolar world sooner without the US exercising her power across the world. -

New Janny in Town (mk2boogaloo@lab.nyanide.com)'s status on Thursday, 10-Oct-2024 16:30:53 JST New Janny in Town @Fash-E Marshall Grouchy arrived in time to push back the English before the Prussians came. Napoleon won this fight but not the war, but with Europe just recovering after decades of war, it'll be unlikely they're going to accept him back in France, especially with the talks in Vienna happening. However, he could try to play this diplomatic play by accepting whatever the Coalition demanded off of him as long as he stays as the ruler of France. The Coalition, not wanting to see another violent revolution, relented but gave France some restriction in the form of war indemnities. He could strike back again but so could the Coalition, as such the Concert of Europe began but with Napoleon in charge of France. -

They lived there for a long time, producing many children. One of their great grandchildren met someone in Java called Koesnopo, they married and from that dalliance you were born and after some years I was born too. Making us brothers. -

New Janny in Town (mk2boogaloo@lab.nyanide.com)'s status on Friday, 11-Oct-2024 12:26:57 JST New Janny in Town @Deplorable_Degenerate some days into the siege, David managed to negotiate terms of surrender with the feds. They took him to jail with some of his radical followers. This in turn, radicalized the ones who were left. A movement to free David Koresh was started, they managed to get support from various Libertarian groups, militias and anyone who hates the ATF. With suspicions already spreading with the incident at Ruby Ridge, the movement gained traction. With that much fame, David is convinced that he's indeed a prophet sent by God to punish the unworthy. Imagine if George Floyd was alive and he snorted enough meth to think that he's God's chosen prophet.
Koresh's church would spread quickly and with enough pressure, the goverment may released him. -

New Janny in Town (mk2boogaloo@lab.nyanide.com)'s status on Friday, 11-Oct-2024 12:36:49 JST New Janny in Town @wgiwf the Germans managed to break the line in Marne, reaching Paris shortly. Either they took it by force or siege it won't matter, since the war is completely over once the line broke. Would the English risk prolonging the war? I don't think so, this is not the Napoleonic era where you could land troops somewhere and start another front. Russians won't be too eager to continue the war either, since they were forced to join it. I think they will take peace as long as Serbia survives.
The war ended before Christmas, both sides were engaging in peace talks. With this victory, Wilhelm II would feel even more arrogant, not wanting an angry nation at the border, he talked with his nephews to place someone as the king of France. This is before everyone believes that democracy is the best system. Combined with the influence of French nobles and church members, placing a king would be possible. They might place someone neutral to not make Germany's influence grow, someone from the far branch would be suitable. Europe will once again be a place of kings and emperors. -
New Janny in Town (mk2boogaloo@lab.nyanide.com)'s status on Friday, 11-Oct-2024 12:42:25 JST New Janny in Town @ferrarilegends both sides didn't fall back, they all kept their position. Cuba will grow stronger with more Soviet support, becoming akin to Yugoslavia in economic power. Turkey also gained more strength since the US stationed her bombers there. Most likely, both sides will eventually back down, but who knows in what way. -
