     I'm in a convo in another modal with some ex military spread around the country. Everyone knows what is going on. Everyone is pissed off. Everyone, because ex military, understands the ramifications a little better than Joe Sixpack.

     I know when Katrina hit New Orleans there were people who just shot looters & let them wash away in flood waters - I’d imagine theres cases of that here too.
