     I did not get any indication whatsoever of a tranny (im guessing you mean the english VA who should NOT have any agency over a character's writing let alone the MSQ) self-inserting himself into the story

     Just like how Pokemon picked the setting of Spain to showcase its most degenerate, ugly, and mixed cast of npcs. The neoliberal and Borzoi race has never forgotten the Inquisition (and the Golden Age it created for Spain), and so subvert the setting they despise most for global audiences.

     And then there’s Assassin’s Creed Niggon - I mean - Nippon. Which is an entire “game” dedicated to denigrating yet another people and culture who resisted the Toucan beaks in some way in the past. :blobdisgust:
