     That's some serious fat on those bastards! One video fried chunks of it and did a steam of them. The other basically steamed the entire thing. It's interesting seems like a tough meat, chewy, probably better to cut into smaller chunks and fry.

     @Chet @IAMAL_PHARIUS @MMS21 I’ve tried illegal reptile meat before, it was softer and not nearly as striated as I’d have expected. This looks just a little beefier than that though. it was okay, not really a taste I miss though, not really substantial

     And now I'm off to jewtube to fine a salamander being cooked. Curious about how the meat is. Guessing it's similar to alligator as far as meat location hence the smaller chunks. I would eat it if it's just meat! I am not a fan of eating bones (see Korean frog restaurant video)
