     @SettlerLife That's the tough part, they have very little exposure to the outside world. In fishing terms, their line is never in the water

     All about networking, trying to find the men in her life that can vouch for you and strongarm into her being willing to dress well and leave the house.

     @WashedOutGundamPilot @SettlerLife Oh yeah, initially finding a lady like this is difficult (especially when a huge percent of the internet are men playing dress-up). My thought was "have someone that knows her make the connection through social circles, but then start online (rather than leave the house)"

     But can they vouch for her?

     Suppose you know a guy and he says "Yeah, I'm worried about my niece. She's 23, having trouble with community college, ...". In this thread we're assuming the OP description is relatively complete, but in the real world she's almost certainly also on hard drugs (or at least SSRIs), carrying sort of deviant sexual identity, with a triple digit body count, a single mother, or very very fat.

     @halberd @SettlerLife Girls in female majors are prime. The type is a traditional girl who wants a family, but there were only two boys in every college course for her. Maybe she had a bf through college but he didn't wanna be "tied down" when he moved for work so he left her behind. Maybe her mom has cancer so she's always been at home helping out instead of finding dudes.

     Whatever it is, these types of girls will get to 26 years old and look around, realizing they missed all their chances to meet a boy. I've had guys & girls try to hook me up with them for years now, have gone out with some, been ghosted by some, turned down others, but the chances were at least there. I was too picky over the years, I hated fatness so much I eschewed girls that probably were totally repairable.

     But that's the type I'd look for, the good hearted girl who wants to nest, who follows her traditional roles because she likes it, because it's "her" and not for outside pressures. If a good man is recommending her you have a fine shot at her being somewhat trad, because good dudes don't saddle you with a headache without fair warning.
