     @fightknightHERO @caekislove @basadeskaiser @JSDorn I once had to do some counseling for a guy being tempted to do transgenderism. The thick and skinny of it was that he felt like he could not be masculine, so he was leaning towards going all in on the feminine. It certainly didn't help that being a man felt unenjoyable to him given social penalties doled out for being male. He felt ugly.
     
     The thing that actually helped him was me just suggesting that he do his best to be manly and learn to enjoy it. That was it. I just showed some cool stuff men get to do, talked about difficulties women have that no one honestly wants, and showed him the virtues of bodybuilding if he wanted to attain aesthetic potential. He quit wanting to be a tranny and now he's in pretty decent shape. I think sometimes people just need to be told to try.

     I have a friend who went tranny and this was his reason too.
