     My sons and I watched John Carpenter's Big Trouble in Little China today on my free big screen that I found by a dumpster (in near perfect condition). Was fun subjecting them to Kurt Russells super hyper 80s machoism and grabbing girls and kissing them whether they wanted it or not. Was based and my sons were into it, even though they got confuse as to which Asians where the bad guys or good guys cuz they all looked the same.

     @hispanicweeb @soravu I don't mind the occasional artsy game, the issue is the whole medium wants to be Hollywood now either that or games as a service tripe. Halo got fucked over by this in part, while the older games were great at launch (even 4 despite it's issues), 5 and especially 6 went hard in this direction and suffered as a result (well 5 and 6 have a fair few other issues but still)

     One of the problems there are also the videogame critics. Most of them are all bought or leftists, and the few good ones are not given attention either.

     @soravu Video games were born as another form of entertainment. No politics or any kind of bullshit that these companies want to instill in us. Why do you think Nintendo became so popular? Because they understood what video games were. And like them, many more, but now they are a specter of the past. As always, the west has to come and ruin everything, and they decided to transform our favorite hobby into one more propaganda medium. The worst thing isn't the destruction of video games, the worst thing is that it has worked. Now people call this "art", when it was never meant to be and never was (that doesn't take away the fact that there are games that are a work of art). When do we go back to square one? Well, by retracing the path. And for that we have to start by kicking these scumbags out of the scene.
     
     Seeing how there are companies that in spite of everything continue without falling into this faggotery, I still keep a little hope. And I will continue trusting and defending until the end.
