     @fatepony I actually support nintendo utterly crushing these retards, because they're either too naive or too stupid to allow free. It's aggravating watching a kid with genuine talent and drive waste his life on providing free press, engagement, and media to a giant company without even getting paid.

     This at least scares some of them into making their own IP to live off of, which improves our chances of making our own media landscape one day. I'd rather have knockoffs and independently owned stories than have everyone kneel at the altar of game freak and offer up their labor out of genuine adoration only to get nothing in return.

     @fatepony I know it's not popular but I hate seeing kids waste their lives for corps that wouldn't lift a finger to reward them. At least the guys who made palworld have a shot at an actual career.

     The kid who spends 4000 hours subsidized by his parents to make Pokemon Fantasy Crystal just ends up with a line item on his resume, and a shitty job managing interns at Adobe for $14 an hour
