   I saw something about the iNTeLiGeNcE CoMmUniTY running recruitment ads on a the side of a bus in DC. Can't find it now.

   Anyway this is almost as good.

     Most of the metro stations continually run ads for lockheed, rathyon etc.
     
     at least the ones in Virginia, that's where most of the powers that be live. Louden, Ashburn etc.
     
     They're not seen much on the ones that go to the hood, no point. They do try to recruit out of the colleges and the community colleges in more affluent areas. I've seen the State Department even do that.
