   My boomer dad (born ca 1949) tells the story of the hardship he faced trying to find a job after getting out of college:
   
   Interview 1 -- company tells him they're not going to hire him because he doesn't have any experience.
   
   Interview 2 -- company hires him, 25 years later he retires from same company.
   
   He's still upset about company 1.

     @unclebubba @DireGoy My grandparents tell me all the time they feel so bad for people my age, that financially we got fucked. They can't do anything about it. It's nice just to have people understand that things are hard for us.
