No I mean Christianity itself says that miraculous plagues on the Pharaoh, actually happened, and bread falling from the sky for an entire nation of people for the lifespan of an entire generation. And a woman gave birth miraculously and a dead man walked out of the tomb fully alive. These are all pretty non-negotiable in Christianity.
So why don't we see miracles of that sort when supernatural intervention would be called for? If God saved the Hebrews from the Pharaoh then why didn't He save the Constantinople from the Saracens?
Perhaps if it doesn't happen now, it didn't happen then either.
