Despite my lack of actual racism, I feel obligated to double down on racism because defending yourself against ridiculous allegations is an invitation for abuse.

Even when I have a problem it's typically not actually about their race. Like when i have to try to understand overmodulated or out-of-phase Indians at work. I don't actually care that they're Indian, I care that they're unintelligible. My hearing is bad enough without adding a thick accent and bad audio quality to the mix.
