   @GabeLakmann @brimshae @BroDrillard @leespringfield1903 I’m not too impressed w/ newer ubertis for long term use. That case finish is very thin and only surface level, it ends up wearing right off w/ handling pretty quick. The majority of ‘case hardened’ stuff today is a surface finish, few have the money for true bone charcoal finishing because it takes forever.

   Add in the old school internals (gay flat springs mostly) and you end up having to replace stuff pretty quick if you use it a lot. They’re great for the price, you can enjoy them, they’re just a bit entry-level, like a beginner guitar that gives you a taste but won’t be your go-to for 30 years of use
