I'll also add that I am working on a game as we speak. And I have 3 other people who are working on it with me. It's an action platformer in the style of the Megaman ZX games. If anyone has any talent they're willing to lend to the project, we could always use the help. -

A few ways:
The first, and probably the best way, is to make your own games. But not by yourself. We need to network with each other, so we should be forming teams and collaborating whenever possible.
The second way is to just simply apply for jobs in the industry. Positions where this is sorely needed is anything related to artwork, writing, design, and localization. For those of us who already have jobs in the industry, we need to better leverage our positions to get more of our guys hired in these companies. There's no room for neutrality anymore. We need to be nepotistic. -

The real reason why Nintendo is slow on the ESG train is because they aren't a very growth motivated company. Nintendo's shareholders will often try and push the company to hop on trends and Nintendo will just be like "No". This is also the reason why they took forever to make mobile games and why their current efforts in that space are half hearted at best. -

Everyone's raving about these designs but honestly they're not that good compared to what we got. The cast of Xenoblade 3 are meant to be soldiers and their final designs reflect that much better than these do.

The GOP could absolutely do better, and they're only holding themselves back at this point.
But at the same time, I question the narrative that this was some "huge loss" for them. There were so many elections going on last night and the mainstream media is only focusing on Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Ohio. The latter of which only voted on ballot measures, rather than actual candidates. The GOP won in Mississippi, and Kentucky voted red on every race except for the governor's. Not to mention the numerous mayoral and schoolboard elections that are hard to get a gasp on if you don't live in the area.
The left seems to still be very much in control of the narrative when it comes to who "wins" and "loses" elections. Again, the GOP can absolutely sweep the country if they try a little harder, but I don't think we should trust the mainstream media when they claim their side "won", either. -

I think that's the position that most people hold. Even normies. They may not like it when we talk about the sources of society's problems and name groups like blacks, Jews and gays. But if we solve those problems most normies won't bat an eye. Even if it involves harming some of those "protected" groups. The only reason they get in our way now is because of the nonstop propaganda they're being fed. -
